puppy 101

Puppy 101 is an 8-week group class for puppies 5 months of age or younger.

We will cover important skills like:

• coming when called

• leash manners

• polite greetings

• basic obedience like sit, down, and stay

Plus important strategies for common puppy problems like crate training, nipping, potty training, and more.

Puppy 101 and/or Basics & Beginners are pre-requisites for all other group classes.

While we will try to ensure there is time for the puppies to enjoy some off-leash play, Puppy 101 is a training class first and foremost. If you are interested in some less structured socializing, please check out our Puppy Social Hour.

The first week of class is a mandatory orientation FOR THE HUMANS ONLY. Puppies do NOT attend the very first class!

During orientation we will be able to answer any questions you may have, and give you some helpful tips to set your puppy up to hit the ground running when they come on week two!
